Clerk-Typist Appointments to Vacant Posts Across Maharashtra

– Selected candidates under Maharashtra Group-C recruitment to be posted statewide

PUNE : Candidates selected for the Clerk-Typist cadre in the Registration and Stamps Department through the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examinations will be appointed against vacant posts across Maharashtra, the department has clarified.

The MPSC conducted the Maharashtra Group-C Services Combined Preliminary Examination 2025 under Advertisement No. 124/2025 and the Maharashtra Group-C Services Main Examination 2025 under Advertisement No. 014/2026.

Candidates selected for Clerk-Typist posts will not be restricted to a particular division or department location. Instead, they may be appointed against vacant posts in the relevant cadre anywhere in the state.

The Registration and Stamps Department said this will provide selected candidates with opportunities to work at different locations across Maharashtra. The department has urged all candidates appearing for, or being selected through, the Clerk-Typist recruitment process to take note of the clarification.
