BJP-Mahayuti’s Pune Graduate Constituency Candidate Dr Smita Jadhav Files Nomination
– MLC Amit Gorkhe says her academic, media and social background will strengthen Mahayuti’s campaign
PUNE : BJP-Mahayuti’s official candidate for the Pune Graduate Constituency, Dr. Smita Yogesh Jadhav, filed her nomination papers at the office of the Returning Officer on Monday.
Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol, Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Jaykumar Gore, MLC Amit Gorkhe, MLA Mahesh Landge, Shankar Jagtap and Uma Khapre, BJP state general secretary Rajesh Pandey, along with a large number of BJP-Mahayuti office-bearers and workers, were present on the occasion.
‘Educated and Well-versed Candidate’
Speaking on the occasion, MLC Amit Gorkhe said Dr. Smita Jadhav brings together experience in the fields of education, media and social work, describing her as a cultured, well-read and highly educated candidate for the Graduate Constituency.
“Dr. Smita Jadhav represents a blend of education, media and social service. With the educational and social legacy of the D. Y. Patil family, she is fully capable of effectively addressing long-pending issues faced by graduates, including unemployment, skill development, higher education and creation of new employment opportunities,” Gorkhe said. He added that every Mahayuti worker stands firmly behind Dr. Jadhav and expressed confidence in her candidature.
