Pimpri Student Shines Globally, Secures 3rd Rank in International Spelling Bee

Pimpri : In a proud moment for the city, Kiyansh Sharma from Pimple Saudagar has achieved remarkable success at the international level by securing third place in the prestigious ‘MaRRS International Spelling Bee Competition’.

A student of VIBGYOR Rise School, Kiyansh delivered an outstanding performance in the international grand finale held in Mumbai on April 26, 2026. Competing against talented participants from across the globe, he impressed judges with his strong vocabulary, focus, and consistency through multiple challenging rounds.

Kiyansh’s journey to the international stage was marked by dedication and perseverance. Starting from school-level contests, he progressed through inter-school, state, and national rounds before making his mark globally.

In recognition of his achievement, BJP city president and corporator Shatrughan Kate felicitated Kiyansh for bringing pride to the city. Speaking on the occasion, Kate praised the young achiever’s hard work, discipline, and determination, calling him an inspiration for the younger generation.
