PCMC Chief Orders Stricter Action Against Illegal Constructions, Encroachments

Pimpri : Dr. Vijay Suryavanshi on Monday directed officials to intensify action against illegal constructions and encroachments across the city.

The directives came during a review meeting held at the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation headquarters, where the commissioner assessed ongoing demolition drives and encroachment removal operations across various ward offices.

Suryavanshi asked officials to carry out regular inspections and ensure strict enforcement, including action against roadside vendors operating without permission. He stressed that the drive is essential for public safety and planned urban development.

He also urged citizens to follow rules and cooperate with the administration to curb illegal constructions.
