Evening Water Supply to Remain Shut in PCMC on April 28
Pimpri : The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has announced that the evening water supply across the city will remain suspended on April 28 due to maintenance work at the Nigdi water treatment plant.
Civic officials said the shutdown is necessary to carry out civil and electrical repairs to ensure uninterrupted water supply in the long run. As a result, residents may also face low pressure and irregular supply on the morning of April 29.
The civic body has urged citizens to store adequate water in advance and use it judiciously during the disruption period.
“Due to maintenance work at the Nigdi water treatment plant, water supply will remain shut on the evening of April 28. Citizens are requested to store sufficient water and use it carefully. Efforts will be made to restore normal supply at the earliest.”
