Alleged Illegal Activities on Bhosari Spine Road Spark Public Outrage

Pimpri : Residents of Pimpri-Chinchwad have expressed serious concern over alleged immoral activities taking place openly at night on Bhosari Spine Road, particularly near the main gate of Tata Motors. The situation has raised questions about law and order and the apparent inaction of authorities.
According to locals, several women are seen standing along the roadside late at night, allegedly signaling to passersby in an attempt to solicit attention. Citizens claim the activities are being conducted openly and without fear, creating discomfort and fear among families, women, and children using the road. “It takes courage to pass through this stretch at night,” a resident remarked.
Taking serious note of the issue, Sanjivan Sangale, President of the Chikhli-Moshi Pimpri-Chinchwad Housing Society Federation, has filed a formal complaint with the Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate. The matter has also been brought to the attention of the Chikhli Police Station.
Residents are increasingly frustrated, alleging that despite repeated complaints, no effective action has been taken so far. This has led to growing anger and questions over the role of the police administration.
The situation is now being viewed not just as a law enforcement issue but also as a serious social concern. Citizens have warned that if immediate and strict action is not taken, they will be compelled to launch protests.
