PMRDA Conducts Lottery for 1,029 Housing Units
Pune :The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority successfully conducted a computerised lottery for 1,029 housing units under its Sector No. 12 and 30–32 housing schemes in Akurdi on Wednesday. The process, carried out using advanced, automated technology, ensured complete transparency and brought joy to many families awaiting their dream homes.
The lottery results were announced by Metropolitan Commissioner Dr Abhijit Chaudhari in the presence of Joint Commissioners Poonam Mehta and Rupali Awale Dambe.
Officials stated that the process was conducted under the supervision of an oversight committee to maintain fairness. To ensure accessibility, the event was also live-streamed via YouTube for applicants who could not attend in person.
The selection list for EWS and LIG categories has been published on the official website, and beneficiaries have been informed through SMS notifications. The Commissioner has directed the administration to extend full support to selected applicants in loan processing and further formalities.
