Challenger Public School Students Celebrate Raksha Bandhan with Indian Soldiers at Aundh Military Station

PIMPRI : Students and teachers of Challenger Public School, Pimple Saudagar, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Indian soldiers at Aundh Military Station in a warm, emotional and patriotic atmosphere.

As a gesture of love, respect and gratitude, the schoolgirls tied rakhis on the wrists of soldiers who remain steadfastly committed to protecting the nation. The students also interacted with the soldiers and expressed their heartfelt respect for their courage, dedication and service to the country.

Speaking on the occasion, the students expressed their gratitude to the armed forces, saying, “We are able to live and study safely in our homes and schools because our brave soldiers protect the nation. Their dedication and sacrifice provide us with a secure environment, and we will always remain grateful to them.”

The special initiative was organised under the guidance of Chairman Sandeep Kate and Principal Jyotika Malkani. Teachers Kartika Gaikwad and Saroj Tayade extended their support, encouraging the students to participate enthusiastically in the programme.

For the students, the occasion was much more than a Raksha Bandhan celebration. It became a memorable opportunity to express their gratitude, respect and patriotism towards the Indian soldiers who remain ever-ready to safeguard the nation.

The school extended its heartfelt gratitude to Colonel Jitin Thomas and Lieutenant Colonel Neeraj Thapa for their cooperation and support, which enabled the students to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with the soldiers and experience a truly inspiring and unforgettable moment.
