Welfare Board Registration Opens for Auto, Taxi Drivers

Appeal for Online Registration for Dharmaveer Anand Dighe Maharashtra Autorickshaw and Metered Taxi Drivers Welfare Board

Pune : The Maharashtra government has established the Dharmaveer Anand Dighe Maharashtra Autorickshaw and Metered Taxi Drivers Welfare Board to implement welfare schemes for auto-rickshaw and metered taxi drivers across the state.

To avail benefits under the board’s schemes, drivers must complete online registration of their vehicles through the official website.

Applicants must possess a valid driving licence, badge, vehicle permit, ration card, Aadhaar card and PAN card for registration. Eligible drivers can apply online at https://ananddighekalyankarimandal.org.

To assist drivers facing technical issues while filling the online application, special staff have been appointed at the Pimpri-Chinchwad Regional Transport Office. Assistance will be available from Monday to Friday between 11 am and 1 pm.

The Deputy Regional Transport Officer of Pimpri-Chinchwad has appealed to all auto-rickshaw and metered taxi drivers and owners to complete their registration and avail benefits of the welfare schemes.
