• MLA Shankar Jagtap Praises Dnyan Prabodhini’s Cultural Tradition

Pimpri-Chinchwad: MLA Shankar Jagtap participated in the Ganeshotsav celebrations organised at the Dnyan Prabodhini Nigdi centre and attended the traditional aarti of Lord Ganesha.

Speaking on the occasion, Jagtap highlighted the 46-year-old tradition of Ganesh idol installation at Dnyan Prabodhini and described it as an initiative that combines education with cultural values.

He said Dnyan Prabodhini, as an educational institution, has been introducing students not only to academic learning but also to Indian culture, the country’s knowledge traditions and the significance of traditional worship.

During the celebrations, Jagtap also joined the cultural dance performance presented by Ganesh devotees and enjoyed the enthusiastic presentation.

Jagtap said the Ganesh festival provides an opportunity to promote values, education and social unity along with religious devotion. He congratulated the Dnyan Prabodhini family for continuing the tradition and organising the celebrations.
