14-Storey Building Completed in Just 100 Days in Pune, Sets Record

Pimpri : In a remarkable achievement in the construction sector, B. G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed a 14-storey residential building in just 100 days, setting a new benchmark for speed, quality, and innovation.

The project, located in Sector 12, Chikhli, is part of a larger housing initiative comprising 6,452 homes undertaken by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority. The building spans approximately 80,453 square feet and was constructed using advanced 3S prefab technology, approved by the Building Materials and Technology Promotion Council, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Each apartment in the 14-storey structure offers around 527.43 square feet of space, featuring two bedrooms and modern amenities. The building is equipped with facilities such as elevators, firefighting systems, solar energy provisions, and a reliable water supply.

Recognising this record-breaking accomplishment, the India Book of Records honoured the company after verification by its representative Ashok Adak. Company officials Yogesh Kajale, Nitin Kadam, and Jitendra Rakshe were felicitated with medals and certificates on March 18.

This achievement is being widely discussed across the country, showcasing how modern construction technology can revolutionise the industry without compromising on quality.
