He has also sought criminal action against developer Sachin Bhandari and the project architect if the road is not made accessible as per the approved plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The issue concerns beneficiaries who received flats through the &#8216;Pune MHADA Lottery September 2025&#8217;. According to Kale&#8217;s representation submitted to the Executive Engineer of PMC&#8217;s Building Department, Zone 3, the flat owners have not yet been provided with the necessary access road to reach their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kale alleged that the affected residents have repeatedly approached the concerned authorities seeking access to the road. Although PMC officials have reportedly inspected the site, no concrete action has been taken to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his representation, Kale has urged the civic administration to immediately open the road shown in the building plan submitted by the developer and architect while obtaining the necessary approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has further demanded that the architect&#8217;s licence be cancelled if the prescribed access road is not provided in accordance with the rules. He has also sought the registration of criminal cases against developer Sachin Bhandari and strict legal action against those responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kale said that residents who secured homes through the government housing lottery should not be made to struggle for basic access to their flats.
