He pointed out that pothole-ridden roads and traffic congestion continue to trouble residents, while several development projects face fund shortages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOn one hand, the administration cites a lack of funds for development works and suggests taking loans, while on the other, it plans to spend crores on a cycling event,\u201d Waghere said.
