Notices should be issued to defaulters by September 30, followed by property attachment proceedings from <strong>October 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The civic body has collected Rs. 584.49 crore in property tax between April 1 and September 10.
