The official appointment letter was issued by the Mining Branch of the District Collector&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appointment has been made in accordance with the Maharashtra Government Resolution issued by the Industries, Energy, Labour and Mining Department on August 5, 2026, and provisions of the notification dated October 11, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The DMF Governing Council plays a key role in framing policies for the development of mining-affected areas and their residents.
