This year too, on June 21, 2026, a special yoga camp was conducted, where a large number of residents, youth, women, senior citizens, and students participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main objective of the programme was to spread awareness about a healthy lifestyle, mental well-being, physical fitness, and positive values through yoga. Yoga, a valuable gift of Indian culture to the world, has now gained global recognition and has become a complete way of life beyond just a form of exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considering the increasing stress, changing lifestyles, and health challenges, the importance of regular yoga practice has become more significant. Through this initiative, Nana Kate Social Foundation, in association with Art of Living, has been connecting citizens with yoga every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While addressing the gathering, Nana Kate said, \u201cYoga is India&#8217;s great gift to the world.
