However, BJP corporator Yogita Nagargoje stated that the issue should not be termed a scam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NCP corporator Vaishali Ghodekar called for a thorough inquiry and criminal cases against the accused, while Shiv Sena\u2019s Sulabha Ubale alleged it was a \u201cclear scam,\u201d claiming approvals were granted bypassing due process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NCP\u2019s Yogesh Behl accused the administration of violating rules and demanded a halt to contractor payments and action against officials.
