A suspected was caught red-handed during a raid conducted in the Handewadi area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The arrested suspects has been identified as Nitin Hanumant Holkar (38), a resident of Handewadi. Acting on a tip-off received during routine patrolling, Police Constable Mahadev Shinde learned that a person was illegally transferring gas from domestic cylinders into commercial ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon reaching the spot, police look out a Super Carry tempo (MH 14 KA 7917) parked near a shop, containing both domestic and commercial cylinders. Inside \u201cKavya Multi Services,\u201d Holkar was found actively refilling gas into commercial and small 5 kg cylinders through illegal means. During interrogation, the Holkar confessed to the crime. Police seized a total of 103 gas cylinders and a four-wheeler, collectively valued at Rs. 10 lakh 9 thousand 300 hundred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A case has been registered against him at Kalepadal Police Station under relevant sections.
