Pune :<\/strong> K. Manjulakshmi has assumed charge as Additional Metropolitan Commissioner of the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority. She was welcomed by Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Abhijit Chaudhari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After taking charge, Manjulakshmi reviewed ongoing projects and stated that her focus will be on accelerating infrastructure and public welfare initiatives in the rapidly expanding Pune metropolitan region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 2013-batch IAS officer, she has previously served as Sindhudurg Collector and also worked with the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, where she led key urban development projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her appointment is expected to boost major PMRDA projects, including Metro Line 3, the Ring Road, and housing schemes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
